We’re excited to introduce Robyn Morrison, our new Operations Manager here at Dance 2XS!

Originally from Australia, Robyn is returning home with over 20 years of international experience in the cheer and dance world. Her career spans professional performance, elite coaching, education, and programme leadership at the highest level.

Robyn has performed professionally as a dancer and cheerleader for both the NRL and Super League, and is a Master Cheer & Dance Coach and BCA/ICC Teacher Trainer. For the past 20 years, she owned and operated Panache Cheer & Dance in the UK — the most successful programme in Yorkshire — leading teams to multiple World Championship appearances. Her athletes are current All Star World Champions, achieving GOLD in Pom and Jazz and BRONZE in Cheerleading.

Alongside her dance and cheer career, Robyn has an unexpectedly diverse professional background. She is a former police detective and undercover officer, a role that required discipline, resilience, and adaptability — qualities she now brings to her leadership at Dance 2XS. She has even appeared on the iconic Australian TV series Neighbours, where she played the role of a police officer, proving that sometimes life really does imitate art!

Robyn is also a National Team England Coach for Pom and Jazz, a certified cheer and dance judge, and an international choreographer. Her journey has been featured in the documentary and reality television series Winners – Greatest Little Britons, which followed her teams’ road to the World Championships.

As Operations Manager, Robyn will support studio operations, communication, and athlete experience — and will also be teaching some of our fabulous pom and dance teams, which we are incredibly excited about! This will help ensure Dance 2XS continues to deliver the highest standards for our students and families.

Robyn is thrilled to be back in Australia and is looking forward to meeting everyone in the Dance 2XS community. Be sure to say hello when you see her in the studio!
