This is Matilda! But we like to call her Miss Tilly. Miss Tilly has grown up in the dance world, as she has been dancing since she was 4 years old. In between dance, she has done 6 years of competitive cheerleading and 2 years of aerial silks.

Miss Tilly started cheerleading and dance when she was 7 years old, and absolutely loved competing in levels 1, 2 and 3 of cheerleading and in dance styles of jazz, lyrical and pom for many years. Miss Tilly learnt aerial silks here at 2XS, and now can share her knowledge to new aerial silks students.

We have been fortunate to have Miss Tilly at Dance 2XS for 6 years. Miss Tilly realised her love for teaching when she became a DanceStep student teacher at the age of 12. She now assists with aerial silks, circus and silks, rec cheerleading and musical theatre classes – you may also see Miss Tilly in the office on Saturday mornings!

Miss Tilly loves teaching her passion to other students, and watching them grow. She enjoys being a role model to students and loves seeing her Dance 2XS family every week.

In her spare time, Miss Tilly spends time with her dogs and enjoys going to the beach with her friends.
