Miss Ainsley is the Studio Manager at Dance 2XS and brings 12 years of experience in business administration, management and operations. Passionate about organisation, procedures, people and creating positive environments, Miss Ainsley is excited to support the studio behind the scenes and help ensure every student and family has an incredible experience at Dance 2XS.

Dance 2XS holds a very special place in Miss Ainsley’s heart. She was part of the studio from 2007 to 2014 as both a student and teacher, teaching classes ranging from Kindy Dance to Cheer and Tumble, as well as being a member of our much loved Taipans Mini Squad. As Miss Kath’s daughter, Dance 2XS has always been more than just a studio to Miss Ainsley – it has always felt like family. Even after finishing as a student, she has continued supporting concerts and studio events over the years.

Miss Ainsley loves being part of a supportive and welcoming environment where children can grow in confidence, build friendships and feel encouraged to be themselves. She is so excited to return to the studio in this new role and can’t wait to meet all of our wonderful Dance 2XS families.

Outside of the studio, Miss Ainsley loves spending time with her family and fur baby, travelling and getting creative with different craft projects. A fun fact about Miss Ainsley is that she spent two years living in the middle of Australia in the desert at Uluru.
